19時ちょっと廻った辺りに行った時は店内はほぼ、満席！
カウンター席2名分が空いていた為そこへ案内されました
メニューを見て濃厚鶏白湯の文字に目が付き、わたしは味玉鶏白湯の醤油を
主人は味玉中華蕎麦の塩を注文
餃子とライスも頼ませていただきました
一つ一つ、丁寧に作る姿に感動しました
ラーメンじたいは時間にして15分程で着丼
まずはスープを一口
とても奥深い味が口いっぱいに広がり、かつ濃厚さがあり今まで食べた事ない味わい深いラーメンでした
とても美味しくいただきましたm(_ _)m
主人のラーメンのスープも一口いただきましたがまた違った味わいでスッキリとした旨みが際立っていました

別所線の赤坂上駅から徒歩3~4分の場所にあります。店内に入ると受付の機械があり店内の待合でも車の中でも待てるスタイルです。11:30過ぎの受付でしたが、6組目ということで、30分ほど待つことに。さすが人気店ですね…(汗)

案内されるタイミングでオーダーをしていくスタイルで、王道の「濃厚鶏白湯 味玉鶏そば(塩)」を注文して、カウンター席に案内されました。店内は思ったよりも広く、小上がりのテーブルも三つほどあってお子様連れの方もゆっくりラーメンが食べられるお店のようでした♪

味玉鶏そば(塩)は、予想以上に美味しかった〜！鶏ポタほどではありませんが、とにかく濃厚でトッピングされていた玉ねぎとよく合います。それと、3種のチャーシューがそれぞれ違う感じで、それと麺を組み合わせて楽しむことが出来ました♫

個人的には金獅子さんの方が好みでした。
些細な事かもしれませんが、まずどちらのお店もスープに柚子の欠片が風味付けに入ってますが、金獅子さんの方が少しだけ多いです。この少しだけとゆーのがポイントで香りが最後までちゃんと少しだけ残るのが良かったです。いつも替え玉の際に味変で青唐辛子や胡椒を足すのですが、その時まで残ってます。あと明確に違うのはメンマの硬さですね。金獅子さんのメンマは柔らかく、高齢の方でも食べられるような食感でした。添えてあるビーツ？か玉ねぎのカットも歯ごたえが良く、お肉も美味しいのですがそのおかげで肉肉しくならず、全てがバランス良く構成されています。

また、替え玉に関しても金獅子さんはシンプルに替え玉だけがメニューにありますが、もう片方のお店では替え玉だけが無くなっていました。両者それぞれの個性が出てますが、ラーメンの完成度で言えばこちらかな？とあくまでも、個人的に思いました。毎週週末には通わせて頂いてます。
